Minnie Ears

When people think Disney parks accessory they tend to think Minnie ears! And while you’ll find a range for sale at Disneyland Paris, it can be fun to buy them in advance – and maybe get more choice or cheaper options! There’s a wide range on Amazon but here’s some fun ones we spotted:
Of course you can’t go far wrong with the classic Minnie ears, and this set is from Disney store themselves: https://amzn.to/3J30FjU
There are a lot of other options online – while they may not be to the same standard as the official Disney ones, they still make a cute accessory and typically at a cheaper price point! In this set you get two and can pick different colours, and they have good reviews for quality: https://amzn.to/4hjenf6
Frozen and winter fans might like these cute snowflake ears: https://amzn.to/4nXcKX2
But if Lilo and Stitch is more your speed then you might want these cute pair instead! https://amzn.to/4qblAlD
Castle and fireworks fans may prefer this pair! https://amzn.to/4nUBEGC
Those who struggle with the Minnie ear headbands but still want to get in on the fun might want to look at these cute themed scrunchies instead! https://amzn.to/4o1LjLQ
A note when buying Minnie ears, there’s a lot of variety in quality out there so do check out reviews before purchasing if you’re not sure.
Park essentials

If you know someone going to Disneyland Paris, these picks could really help them out while visiting the Disneyland Paris parks!
A power bank is great for keeping phones and other devices alive while in the parks. Here’s an Anker power bank we’ve found very reliable: https://amzn.to/46W8Ibh and here’s a wireless power bank made for Mag safe phones that we’ve also found good: https://amzn.to/3IPIj5X (and handy that there’s no cables!)
If you do need a charging cable, a short multiway cable can be perfect as it can be adapted for charging a range of different devices: https://amzn.to/4qxDM9h
Another great stocking filler could be a Disney themed hand sanitiser that can be clipped on to a bag for park days: https://amzn.to/4nbExlc
Another good options are ponchos for rainy days. For tougher but still packable ponchos the Frog Toggs are very popular: https://amzn.to/3KSrWWO – or for a family a pack of disposable ponchos could be a very welcome gift! https://amzn.to/4onc64P
Another great stocking filler could be blister plasters! We know they’re not very exciting, but they’re super handy for long park days: https://amzn.to/49a48Yr
Water bottles can also be a welcome gift for theme park days. You may want to go for a collapsible bottle like this: https://amzn.to/47e2QJp But another very popular choice could be an Owala water bottle, that come in a range of different colours and designs: https://amzn.to/4o5zKTJ
And if you’ve got folks in your group who don’t like drinking plain water, maybe try them with a multipack of Bolero powders – we’ve found them a great lightweight way of flavouring water without risk of leaks, and no added sugar! https://amzn.to/3KTjTsK
Finally if you know someone who tends to get dry lips while in the park, why not grab them a Disney themed lip balm! Nivea have recently released a lot of Disney Princess themed ones, like these cute designs: https://amzn.to/47dJHqU Another great option for a stocking filler!
Disneyland Paris hotel room and packing gifts

We’ve found a number of things helpful in our Disneyland Paris hotel rooms over the years, so we’re recommending some of them below as potential great gifts!
A charging hub like this one from Anker is very handy for charging multiple devices at once: https://amzn.to/3KXzM1e If you have more devices then you can buy bigger ones but this is a balance of charging several items at once and a smaller size (and cost!)
Another handy thing is a toiletry bag that can hang from a hook and that has multiple different compartments – it makes it so much easier to find what you need! I’m a big far of the Narwey ones, and they’re a reasonable price compared to some brands: https://amzn.to/3KSjWFb
Packing cubes can be a great gift for folks that travel a lot as they help compress clothes and organise the inside of your suitcase. Narwey also make packing cubes sets designed to fit in carry on suitcases that could be very helpful: https://amzn.to/47rFtxc Or if you prefer to stick with the Disney brand you can also get Minnie Mouse ones! https://amzn.to/43ozgj4
A bit more of an out there choice, but vacuum bags and a vacuum pump are great for compressing soft items and minimising space in suitcases – we’ve used these a few times this year and it’s been incredibly helpful! They can be used to help pack bulky clothing for winter, and also big cuddly toys! Here’s the set we used most recently and found really helpful: https://amzn.to/4ndUdoj (They can also be used for packing items at home!)
And for light sleepers, a really thoughtful gift could be a small and lightweight white noise machine, we use this one from Yogasleep and find it very helpful! https://amzn.to/3J34GVw
Park bags

When you’re in the Disney parks you’ll almost certainly need a bag for carrying around your essentials!
The most popular (and viral) choice for park bags are Loungefly backpacks. There’s so many options that we hesitate to suggest just one! Here’s what my search on Amazon brought up for Disney Loungefly backpacks: https://amzn.to/4n8V0GM – quite the choice! A note if you’re looking for Loungefly bags online, sadly there’s a lot of fakes out there so be wary if prices seem way too low, they’re probably low for a reason!
If you know a Loungefly bag fan who has trouble keeping their stuff organised then the Loungefly bag organiser could be a really thoughtful gift! https://amzn.to/4hfCsDF – and handy thing with these is that if someone wants to swap park bags this makes it easy to move the contents each evening – just take the organiser out of one bag and pop it in another!
If you are someone who wants more peace of mind when travelling with your belongings, particularly in busy areas, then Pacsafe bags are a good option as you can secure the zips and they’re packed full with anti-theft features! Here’s a selection: https://amzn.to/4o5Blcb
Becoming more popular now are sling bags in the parks. There’s a lot of different options out there. I’ve recently been using an Orbitkey bag outside the parks and really like them, here’s a some on Amazon: https://amzn.to/4n63kHz
Disney sling bag fans might also like these options from Vera Bradley: https://amzn.to/3WF4jUa
Keeping everyone entertained in line!

Going to Disneyland Paris often comes with queues. Keeping everyone entertained in lines or while waiting for shows can be a bit of a challenge as a result!
Fidget toys are a great option for keeping people busy. They’re also really handy for those who suffer with anxiety or who need to stim. There’s this toy that keeps in with the Disney theming! https://amzn.to/47tZcfJ But there’s a lot of options so best to go with whatever sensory stimulation whoever you’re buying for prefer.
Personally I’m a big fan of my fidget ring, it’s practical because I can easily wear it round the parks. Something like this could be perfect: https://amzn.to/4otbY40
If you’re looking to entertain little ones in a queue that something like the Disney Bitzee could be great – it’s a small interactive pet that you can play with and unlock new characters! https://amzn.to/3KVs2Nl Just don’t let little ones keeping playing it on rides or in shows as it’ll be very distracting to everyone else around.
Card games can also be helpful, and are easy to pop into a park bag. And thankfully Disney have a lot of options! There’s an Eye Found It hidden picture card game: https://amzn.to/3JdTVzE a Disney Princess card deck you can play multiple games with: https://amzn.to/42NBR61 and even Lilo and Stitch Uno! https://amzn.to/4ol0fEj
Of course little ones do love a bubble wand. Disney have a lot of options in the parks of course, but there’s a lot of cheaper options online – so many that I’m going to just share the search results page and let you choose! https://amzn.to/4nSBAqN
Items to help while travelling

Unless you’re lucky enough to live right next to Disneyland Paris (in which case we’re kinda jealous!) chances are you’re going to have to travel a bit to get there. Here’s some items we’ve found that can be helpful while travelling.
For readers who don’t want to carry around heavy books, then a Kindle can be great option – it holds a lot of options in a very lightweight form! This is the cheapest option you can get: https://amzn.to/4o5BCvJ If you like writing while you travel then a Kindle Scribe might be a better option, although it’s a pricer option for sure! https://amzn.to/4nbIaHQ
If someone already has a Kindle, or who is happy reading on their phone, then Kindle Unlimited could be a great option because it allows access to thousands of books: https://amzn.to/4hpYVxN
If someone you know prefers listening to books then a subscription to Audible can be a great option, like Kindle Unlimited they get access to thousands of titles: https://amzn.to/4o0pcVW
For people who like to listen to e-books or music while they’re travelling then a good pair of headphones is a must. What you get might depend on your device and what you find comfortable to wear. As an Apple user, and someone who doesn’t get on so much with in ear headphones, then Ken likes the Apple AirPods Max https://amzn.to/4qxHmjJ – we realise that’s an expensive option though! If buying headphones for someone we suggest asking about their device and preferences first to make sure you grab the right thing – even if it ruins the surprise!
Long travel can be uncomfortable for sure! If you’re someone who finds sitting for a long time uncomfortable then a seat cushion can be a great option. I’ve had great results with this one in the past: https://amzn.to/43l5Nqn It’s bulky though so maybe not a great option if you’re travelling light! Ken recommends Thermarest cushions that need to be blown up, meaning that they pack down really small. https://amzn.to/4qecXGT
A neck pillow might also be a good idea. The one that everyone is raving about is the trtl pillow, although it’s not the cheapest option: https://amzn.to/49ac1Nr It might be a good investment for folks with neck issues though.
Also for anyone travelling long haul then flight socks could be a thoughtful gift. They’re not exciting, but they are functional! https://amzn.to/4nl2hDO
Fun clothing picks

What to wear on a Disneyland Paris trip is one of those often asked questions – and it’s not always easy to answer! But these clothing items might be perfect to wear on a Disneyland Paris visit.
If you’ve got a family trip coming up, these Disney Family Trip t-shirts are a cute choice, and come in a variety of colours to suit different tastes! https://amzn.to/4nOjyGi (Note a lot of the comments mention a tight fight so maybe order one size up than you normally would!)
If you’re heading to Bistrot Chez Remy (or mourning the closure of the Ratatouille ride until spring 2026) then this Remy t-shirt could be ideal! https://amzn.to/436QgKX
Of course not everyone is going to get t-shirt weather on their Disneyland Paris trip, in which case these Disney, Marvel and Star Wars themed hoodies are great buy for chillier days: https://amzn.to/42MPwdH
And if you really want to commit to a Disney outfit check out these super cute Eeyore and 101 Dalmation onesies! https://amzn.to/3Jia9I3 and https://amzn.to/47e2uTd
Items for the differently-abled

While a lot of the options above can of course be used by the differently-abled (particularly in the items to help with travel section and keeping everyone entertained in line), here’s a few extra things we’ve found very helpful as differently abled folks when travelling to Disneyland Paris.
The first is a pill organiser – a great option for those with multiple medications! It makes it a lot easier to pack medicines for travel and in your park bag. I’ve been using this set and found it really helpful: https://amzn.to/47uHgBB
For folks prone to injury, a roll of KT tape / Physio tape can be really helpful as the tape can be used to support a range of different joints. We find the KT tape Pro kind to skin, but do check for skin sensitivities before buying this: https://amzn.to/4n8n0KA
Ear protectors or ear plugs can be really helpful for those who tend to get overwhelmed or overstimulated. Try the Loop earplugs: https://amzn.to/4n60uSH or Alpine ear defenders – they do a range of designs for kids and adults: https://amzn.to/498BZku
Finally folks with mobility differences might find helpful a folding walking stick that they can pull out or use when needed – the Rehand sticks are a reasonable price and come in a range of colours (I used one of these on our last trip): https://amzn.to/4onuVEZ
